Thans Greg,

New orings arrived and mounted. Valve lock problem is gone. I'm  using the calliper method(53.7mm) to try and  set the regulator at a aprox. 125bar. Since my caliper is not digital is a matter of trial and error to get the right pressure. With a hand pump it's not an easy job but slowly I'm getting there. ;)
